Founded in 2014, Pretty Pedestals was born out of a desire and need to offer premium and unique tableware and decor for hire for weddings & events.
Servicing the Sydney area, our hire collection is made up of crockery, cutlery, glassware, servingware, table linen and decor, allowing our clients to create a memorable and special dining experience for their guests.

Meet the Owner of Pretty Pedestals
Lisa was first introduced to the charming world of milk & pressed glass in 2011 on a trip to the US. She quickly fell in love with the intricate patterns, interesting textures and unique colours of these pieces.
After returning home with a few purchases for her own personal collection, she immediately wanted more, however quickly realised how difficult a task it was to source in Australia. Over the next few years she accumulated an extensive collection of coloured cake stands, bowls and glassware and subsequently launched Pretty Pedestals in 2014 to cater to the dessert table/station trend.
Soon after in 2016, whilst planning her own marquee wedding with 300 guests, she desired gold cutlery and crystal glassware to add that special touch to the tables. Unable to source these items from any hire company and presented with a gap in the market, she took the opportunity to expand her hire collection to include cutlery, crockery, glassware, servingware, table linen and decor.
Over the next 4 years, she grew the collection to what it is today, adding different colours and styles according to client demand and seasonal trends.
With a 15 year career spanning across hospitality and marketing, Lisa has a keen eye for detail & creativity, which is reflected in the pieces she sources and her own table styling.
